Clients must provide timely feedback, content, assets, and approvals needed for project progress.

Delays in client deliverables may extend project timelines accordingly.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information and necessary legal permissions for content used in their project.

Codenza Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before legal proceedings.
