Service Agreement Overview

Each project begins with a written proposal detailing deliverables, features, timeline, and pricing. The signed proposal becomes the binding scope of work.

Changes outside the agreed scope require a change request with updated timeline and cost.

Typical payment structure: 40% upfront, 30% at design approval, 30% before final delivery.

Payments are due within 7 days of invoice. Late payments may pause work until resolved.

We provide weekly progress updates via WhatsApp, email, or your preferred channel.

Client feedback is expected within 5 business days at each review stage to keep the project on schedule.

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal.

Additional revision rounds beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

We assist with deployment, domain setup, and app store submissions as included in your package.

A 30-day post-launch warranty covers bug fixes for delivered features. Ongoing maintenance is available as a separate plan.

We treat all client business information, source code, and project details as confidential.

NDA agreements are available upon request for sensitive projects.
