Refund Policy

Codenza Tech refund and cancellation terms for digital services.

General Policy

Because our services involve custom development and dedicated team time, refunds are handled on a milestone basis as defined in your service agreement.

Before Work Begins

If you cancel before any development work has started, you may receive a full refund of any advance payment minus a 10% administrative fee.

During Development

If you cancel after work has begun, refunds are calculated based on completed milestones. Work already delivered and approved is non-refundable.

Any third-party costs already incurred (domain, hosting, app store fees, stock assets) are non-refundable.

After Delivery

Once the final deliverable is approved and launched, payments for completed work are non-refundable.

We offer a warranty period for bug fixes on delivered work as specified in your service agreement.

Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with deliverables, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work in good faith to resolve issues through revisions before considering partial refunds.
